Encouraging Visitors/Advertising Scheme

Over 90,000 trade visitors attended Tokyo Aerospace 2000. In recruiting even more highly qualified trade visitors and buyers, and as the Organizers of the event, we at The Society of Japanese Aerospace Companies will make full use of our network to encourage the attendance of key trade figures from Japan and throughout the world.

Direct Marketing Activities
We will regularly publish a newsletter to promote the participation of exhibitors, visitors and the media.
Visits to Major Visitors
Our secretariat staff will visit and encourage the attendance of major players such as airlines, government and other public offices.

The Society of Japanese Aerospace Companies’ Activities
Coordinated Promotion Activities
The Society of Japanese Aerospace Companies will encourage the attendance of the top management of our 150 or so corporate members, sponsors and supporters.
Aerospace Technology Training Tour
We will encourage participation by offering technical training tours of relevant facilities and factories to overseas visitors.

Advertising Activities

We have uploaded all sorts of information on exhibiting at or attending Japan Aerospace 2004 on our homepage.

Vigorous Press Release Campaign in Japan
We will arrange press conferences and distribute press releases to the Japanese media, offering positive and wide-ranging information up until the exhibition commences.
PR Activities
Placing Advertisements in Trade Journals
We will take out advertisements on a regular basis in Japanese and overseas specialist journals.
Exhibition Publicity
We will run an extensive visitor promotion campaign for the exhibition along with the publicity that is to be undertaken by our supporting media.
